Option 1) Select the “Early Bird 2-Month Payment Plan” (5% Discount on Tickets) Renewal

- If you select the Blades “Early Bird” Payment Plan by Monday, March 3rd, 2025 – your Blades 365 Membership will be divided into two (2) equal payments and automatically charged with the card on file on Thursday, May 1st, 2025, and Monday, June 2nd, 2025. With this option, you will receive a 5% discount on your Everblades Tickets.

Option 2) Select The “Standard 6-Month Payment Plan” Renewal

- If you select the Blades “Standard” Payment Plan by Monday, March 3rd, 2025 – your Blades 365 Membership will be divided into six (6) equal payments and automatically charged with the card on file on Thursday, May 1st, 2025, Monday, June 2nd, 2025, July 1st, 2025, Friday, August 1st, 2025, Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, and Wednesday, October 1st, 2025. With this option, you will not receive a 5% discount on your Everblades Tickets. To receive the 5% discount, you will need to select the “Early Bird” Payment Plan option.

Option 3) Opt-Out/Cancel your 2025-2026 Blades 365 Membership

· If you select to Opt-Out of your Blades 365 Membership by Monday, March 3rd, 2025 – your Blades 365 Membership will be cancelled, your seats will be released to the public, and your card on file will not be charged.

· If no selection is made within the opt out period (Deadline: Monday, March 3rd, 2025) your Everblades Account will be set up for automatic billing with the “Standard 6-Month Payment Plan” Renewal.

• Don’t worry – you don’t have to do anything. All Florida Everblades 365 Members that purchase or renew their 2024-2025 Blades 365 Membership have been automatically enrolled in the 2025-2026 Blades 365 Auto-Renewal Program.

• The Blades 365 Membership Auto-Renewal is designed to simplify the yearly renewal process to make having a Blades 365 Membership as simple as possible for you. This program will also allow us to better manage our season seat inventory by determining what seats we have to offer to our renewed members allowing for more options for seat relocation as soon as possible.

• You qualify as a Blades 365 Member if you have any of the following Season Ticket Plans: Full Season Plan, Select 12 Plan, Select 24 Plan, Voucher 12 Plan, or a Voucher 24 Plan.

You will receive email notifications to the primary email address on your Everblades account at least 30 days prior to the final deadline day for opting out or making changes for the 2025-2026 Season (Monday, March 3^rd 2025). It is your responsibility to make sure that you are receiving email updates from the Everblades and that your primary email address on file is valid and up to date. You can also call/email your Blades Rep and/or chat with us at the Everblades home games anytime! The timeframe for the 2025-2026 opt-out window is Saturday, February 1st 2025 - Monday, March 3rd 2025.

No, we will continue to offer our Early Bird Option to Blades 365 Members (5% discount on your Blades 365 Membership) to Blades 365 Members who select the “Early Bird 2-Month Payment Plan” renewal option. We will also continue to offer our “Standard 6-Month Payment Plan” renewal option. All Blades 365 Membership tickets need to be paid off by October 1st of each season.

Once the opt-out deadline date has passed (Monday, March 3rd, 2025) you will automatically be placed on the “Standard 6-Month Payment Plan” renewal. Your Blades 365 Membership can still be cancelled, but the amount paid up to that point for your Blades 365 Membership is non-refundable. The amount paid can be put back onto your Everblades Account only as an account credit to use for future Everblades home games (individual tickets/group tickets/season tickets). No refunds will be given after credit/debit cards are processed. It is your responsibility to make sure you’re receiving all of our outreach notifications via email and in game announcements in regards to the Blades 365 Auto Renewal Program.

To make sure you do not miss critical notifications about your Blades 365 Membership, keep a close eye on email communications from the Florida Everblades (we will send several notifications prior to the deadline date).

It is your responsibility to ensure that your preferred credit card is up to date, and available to be charged during the Blades 365 Auto Renewal Payment Period(s).

The ideal time to make any changes to your Blades 365 Membership would be during the Auto-Renewal timeframe (Saturday, February 1^st 2025 – Monday, March 3^rd 2025). Please make your Everblades account representative aware of your request(s). We will do the best we can to ensure that you get the best seats/package available.
