ABOUT HERTZ ARENA
In addition to hosting Florida Everblades hockey, Southwest Florida’s premier entertainment venue offers a wide variety of choice entertainment.
Since the arena opened in 1998, Hertz Arena has hosted more than 300 different entertainment events such as the Boston Pops, Cirque du Soleil, Disney On Ice, Harlem Globetrotters, Impractical Jokers, Jeff Dunham, Jim Gaffigan, Kevin Hart, Larry the Cable Guy, Professional Bull Riders, Stars on Ice, and WWE wrestling.
The venue has also featured a wide-range of headline concerts including Alabama, Alan Jackson, Bad Bunny, Barry Manilow, Bob Seger, Cher, Def Leppard, Elton John, Eric Church, Godsmack, Guns N’ Roses, Hank Williams Jr., Hillsong United, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Martina McBride, Miranda Lambert, Newsboys, Shinedown, Steve Miller Band, Sting, Stone Temple Pilots, Toby Keith, Willie Nelson, and ZZ Top.
In addition, Hertz Arena has also hosted several sporting events, highlighted by the NHL, NBA, USBL, and Arena Football games.
Hertz Arena includes 24 Luxury Suites, a restaurant overlooking the arena bowl — Breakaway Sports Pub, catering options, meeting space, a pro shop and two adjacent Recreational Rinks.
Centrally located in Southwest Florida, Hertz Arena is just minutes from Naples and Fort Myers off of I-75 at Exit 123 in the growing community of Estero.

As an added convenience for guests, there are two (2) ATMs inside Hertz Arena. One ATM is located under Section 104 on the north side adjacent to the Breakaway Sports Pub elevator, while the other is on the concourse by Section 106, next to the Box Office entrance doors.
FIRST AID STATION
The First Aid Station offers medical assistance and is located on the main concourse under Sections 102 and 103.
FOOD/BEVERAGES
Food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic included) are not allowed to be brought into Hertz Arena. Concession stands located throughout the building sell various types of food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages. Florida law prohibits the sale of alcohol to all persons under the age of 21. Guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
GUEST SERVICES
The Sherwin-Williams Guest Services Booth is located on the main concourse under section 104. There will be staff on-site at all times to answer any questions about the facility, upcoming events, available services or any comments or suggestions you might have. It operates from the time the doors open to the conclusion of the event.
LOST & FOUND
Lost and found may be claimed at the Sherwin-Williams Guest Services Booth located on the main concourse under section 104 or by calling (239) 948-7825 to arrange for pick-up of any items. Items left over 30 days will be donated to charity.
RULES OF CONDUCT
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners are not permitted inside Hertz Arena. However, signs are permitted provided they are in good taste, as deemed by building management. Signs must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood, metal or other types of objects for support. They must not be hung or fastened anywhere in the building or in any way that obstructs another guest’s view or building signage.
CHILDREN’S ADMISSION
Children who have celebrated their second birthday must have a valid admission ticket for entry. Children under two years of age will be granted complimentary admission but must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian.
CONTAINERS
We request that all guests keep in mind that no outside food or beverages, coolers, bottles or cans may be brought into Hertz Arena.
FAN CONDUCT
Hertz Arena intends to provide a safe, comfortable and fan-friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Consequently, building management will not tolerate disruptive or unruly behavior.
The following rules have been established for acceptable fan behavior:
- Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be permitted to enter.
- Guests interfering with the ability of others to enjoy the event will be ejected.
- Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected.
- Guests appearing intoxicated will be ejected and turned over to the Lee County Sheriff's Department.
- Guests interfering with the progress of an event will be ejected from the building and subject to possible arrest.
To enforce these policies, security is located throughout the building during all events. Guests violating any of these rules will not be welcome at Hertz Arena. Those who observe other guests violating these policies should report the incident to the nearest building representative.
Guests should also be aware that during hockey games, a puck could be propelled into the spectator area with enough force to cause serious injury. Stay alert at all times while you are watching the game, including after the stoppage of play. If you are injured, ask the nearest usher for help and direction to First Aid.
RE-ENTRY
Guests who enter Hertz Arena may not leave the building and re-enter. A full, uniform, unused ticket must be presented to enter the building.
SMOKING POLICY
In compliance with the Florida Clean Air Act, smoking is not permitted anywhere in Hertz Arena. This smoking policy also applies to any form of vaping or e-cigarettes. A designated smoking area is located outside the building near Section 110.

- Cameras or recording devices (varies by event)

- Glass bottles or aluminum cans
- Ice chests (coolers) or thermos containers
- Laser pointers
- Outside food or beverage
- Skateboards or roller blades
- Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks)
- Stools or folding chairs
- Water bottles or mugs
- Balloons (not just inflatables)
