Media Credentials

To request media credentials for a Florida Everblades home game, please fill out the form below at least 72 hours prior to the requested event. Upon review of each submission*, the Florida Everblades will be in contact on how to obtain your credential at Hertz Arena before the home game requested if you are approved.

Once in the arena, it is required that each credentialed media member visibly display his or her media credentials at all times.

*You MUST be affiliated with a news-gathering agency to receive credentials.
